Target Audience

Secondary audience is non-physician attendees, such as hair transplant technicians, who assist their physicians during surgery.

Evaluation Surveys

The CME Committee kindly requests that you complete the evaluation survey that will be provided in your packet. Your feedback is valuable to us! We make changes to our programs based on your comments. Thank you for your participation.

Faculty Disclosures of Relevant Financial Relationships

Because CME activities are conducted in the public interest, it is important to assure the public that education received by physicians and other health care professionals through whom patient care decisions are made is conducted with the highest integrity, scientific objectivity and in the absence of bias. A conflict of interest exists when individuals have both a financial relationship with a commercial interest and the opportunity to affect the content of CME about the product or services of that commercial interest. The ISHRS adheres to the principles and guidelines of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). The ACCME holds providers of CME responsible for collecting information from all in control of content and resolving those conflicts prior to the commencement of the CME activity. The intent of the conflict of interest resolution process is to assure that provider, faculty and planner financial relationships with commercial interests and resultant loyalties do not supersede the public interest in the design and delivery of continuing medical education activities for the profession.

Anyone in control of content of this CME activity is required to disclose any financial relationships or relationships to products or devices they have with commercial interests/manufacturers associated with or discussed in their presentation or relevant to the subject matter of this Workshop, of any amount over the past 12 months.

Such disclosures will be published in the program materials provided onsite at the Workshop.

Learner Bill of Rights

The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) recognizes that you are a life-long learner who has chosen to engage in continuing medical education to identify or fill a gap in knowledge or skill; and to attain or enhance a desired competency. As part of the ISHRS’s duty to you as a learner, you have the right to expect that your continuing medical education experience with the ISHRS includes:

As an educational organization, the ISHRS does not specially approve, promote or accept the opinions, ideas, procedures, medications or devices presented in any paper, poster, discussion, forum, panel, or procedure at its Regional Workshops. By attending this program, in no way does it suggest that participants are trained and/or certified in the discipline of hair restoration surgery or the particular subject matter of the Workshop. Faculty, topics, and schedules are subject to change without prior notification and will not be considered reasons for refund requests.
